TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ALL RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY BIF. ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE OF 30% OF THE TOTAL PURCHASE AMOUNT. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND WILL REMAIN AS AN “IN-STORE CREDIT” WHEN ORDER IS CANCELLED.
All deposits will not be refunded and the items will be the sole possession of BIF. The items sold “AS IS” or “CLEARANCE” are the “FINAL SALE” and will not be
eligible for warranty, exchange, allowance, return, or service. The buyer is solely responsible for all costs associated with transit, materials, service, credit card fees, and all other handling charges incurred with cancellation. BIF shall not be held liable for any measurements given by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all measurements of dimensions including rooms, hallways, doors, and doorways.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES:
The estimated delivery date for Special Orders is a good faith estimate. IF BIF FAILS TO PROVIDE THE BUYER WITH AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE OR FAIL TO DELIVER THE ORDERED ITEMS WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE, THE BUYER MAY  CANCEL THE ORDER AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OR A CREDIT EQUAL TO THE DEPOSIT,  MODIFY THE ORDER BY SELECTING OTHER ITEMS, OR  NEGOTIATE WITH BIF A NEW DELIVERY DATE IN WRITING. BIF IS NOT REQUIRED TO ALLOW THE BUYER TO EXERCISE THESE RIGHTS IF BIF CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER WITH THE MANUFACTURER OR ITS SUPPLIER.
SPECIAL ORDERS TERMS:
Special orders and custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled from the date of purchase.
BIF warrants all of its products to the original buyer only, solely against defective materials or workmanship, for up to one  year from the date of delivery. The limited warranty covers repairs and replacement parts, but does not apply to any products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident and/or modification. BIF shall not be held liable for any claims relating to usage of the product.
BIF shall not be responsible for any losses or damages sustained by the buyer or any person as a result of improper installation or misapplication of the products. BIF WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ITEMS PICKED UP BY THE BUYER AND ALL DAMAGED ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
ALL DELIVERY ITEMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL 2 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DELIVERY DATE.
All items must be delivered within 60 days after the date received in BIF warehouse. A STORAGE CHARGE MAY APPLY [1.5% per month] on any items that are delayed for delivery from the date received in warehouse. OUT OF STATE DELIVERY REQUIRES FULL PAYMENT BEFORE THE DELIVERY DATE by either cash or cashiers check, but NO CREDIT CARDS.
